Q: Are your clothes fitted or loose?
A: It all depends on the design and the cut that we use. If we think the design will look good in a loose cut tee we will use that material. We
use a few different material so it's best to check our size guide. Click here for size guide chart.
Q: What kind of cotton do you use?
A: We use 2 main types of cotton. One is a 100% premium ringspun cotton which are thicker we normally use this garment in winter time. The other one is an 100% organic cotton which are a bit thin and breathable and more environmentally friendly. This type of garment a normally fitted but again it varies so please do check our size guide chart.
Q: Are your clothes unisex?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated all of our clothes are for men, women gay, bi, and all shapes and sizes, Our clothes do not discriminate.
Q: How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
A: Supreme Elements checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Our Store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
Q: How can I check the status of my order

Q: Where does this store ship to?
A: We Now Ship Worldwide. Note: We ship most of our orders through Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery. It requires your signature and it's track-able. So that say that you didn't get your stuff because we know you did haha. For international shipping. It is a bit more expensive because postman Pat has to take a plane to deliver it to you. But rest assured everything is trackable and it requires your lovely signature.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
A: No, You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We also take gold, silver, and or anything that is shiny and expensive like the new iphone6s.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on which country. Our shipping days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes we do! If you are a reseller or a store owner interested in carrying our brand. send us an email: enquiries@supremeelements.london. Please note that we do not do consignment.
Q: What's the best way to wash my Tees?
A: Cotton do shrink! and it's a fact! specially if you gave it to my wife. the question is how can you minimize that? Well the best way is to hand
wash your tees or if your lazy like most of us you can stick it in the washing machine but make sure its on cold wash, and do not tumble dry if possible too much heat causes the cotton to shrink. You probably can get away with tumble drying it on low or delicate heat as long as you take it out of the machine while it's still damp and hang it out to dry. If all of that seems hard. Just give your used T shirt to charity and buy another. So you'll be fresh and so clean.
